Based on the fact that legal allowance according to the law that a taxpayer and his spouse can have is 4500000 IQD since a married worker have an beneficiary profit about 4500000 IQD assumed by Tax authority which is below the limit for the legal allowance, thus they must pay 0 IQD for taxes.
145000 IQD in case of unmarried taxpayer may enjoy the legal allowance 2,500,000 IQD , if she is unmarried (other than a widow or divorcee) or if her income is not added to her husband's income).
