Additional information

At this step, the employee will check the company trade name was registered before and if one of the shareholders was blacklisted, in case the company trade name was registered before, the applicant needs to reserve a new trade name from Iraqi Federations of industries for the company.
In this step the documentation & information department employee will make these verifications:-
1 - Verifying if the company trade name is not duplicated or on the blacklist.
2 - Verifying if the persons banned from establishing a company (if person listed in the prohibited list).
